k8ÓéÀÖ Ethics and Compliance Hotline

Whenever you have questions or concerns regarding an ethical situation, you are encouraged to discuss these concerns with local line management. If you do not feel comfortable discussing the concerns face-to-face, you can call the k8ÓéÀÖ Ethics and Compliance Hotline.

Such situations may include:

• Theft or fraud
• Accounting or Auditing issues
• Conflicts of Interest
• Inappropriate business gifts
• Safety, Health, or Environmental issues
• Misuse of company assets
• Non-compliance with laws

The k8ÓéÀÖ Hotline is provided for use in reporting potential employee misconduct, violations of the k8ÓéÀÖ Code of Conduct, or k8ÓéÀÖ policies and procedures. The Hotline can be accessed globally, 24 hours a day, through a web portal and a toll-free number. Information reported through the hotline may remain anonymous.

This site will allow you to create a unique user ID and set up a password to submit a confidential concern to the third-party provider. The concern will be handled following the same process that is in place for hotline calls.

k8ÓéÀÖ will treat all calls as confidential. Callers may request to remain anonymous, except in certain European countries where it is not permitted.

​​If you ​call the Hotline toll-free number, a trained specialist, who is employed by an outside firm, will listen to your concerns and take notes to prepare a report that will be forwarded to the appropriate k8ÓéÀÖ management for review, or, in cases involving auditing, accounting or internal controls issues, to the Audit Committee of k8ÓéÀÖ's Board of Directors. If immediate assistance is needed, the outside firm will put the caller in touch with the appropriate k8ÓéÀÖ personnel right away.
